10 Year Free Broadband Terms and Conditions 

“Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions. 

“Standard Terms” means our standard terms and conditions. 

“Our Agreement” means your service confirmation email, our Standard Terms and the accompanying policies. 

These Terms and Conditions are intended to be read alongside and are supplementary to Our Agreement. 

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and our Standard Terms, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.  

When do these Terms and Conditions apply? 

These Terms and Conditions apply only to the prize winners of a competition run by Be Fibre Limited in which the prize is a maximum of 10 years free broadband supply.  Prize winners are also subject to our customers terms and conditions, found here.

Will I need to pay anything? 

Depending on where you live you may need to contribute to or pay for the installation of the services to your property. Installations up to a maximum of 15 metres external cabling, 10 metres internal cabling and a router form our standard installation and will be free. Any additional work will be a bespoke installation and you will be required to pay. We won’t carry out work without your agreement and if you decide not to go ahead you won’t be charged but you won’t be able to receive the 10 years free broadband.  

When does my contract start? 

Your contract will start on the day you first begin to receive services. The services will be provided free of charge for a period of up to 10 years.  

What happens if I move house? 

If you move house, your entitlement to 10 years free broadband will end. The service cannot be ported to a new address and your successors cannot use the service at the current address.
