Bramley Sunnyside FC’s organisers believe that football should be accessible to all, which is why the club coaches all age groups from under 7s right through to under 18s.
As part of their ongoing commitment to the community, BeFibre was the main sponsor of all specialist trophies on the day, and also donated a pair of Apple AirPods as the winning prize for the raffle.
Rob Elliott, vice-chairman of the club, said: “BeFibre continue to provide invaluable support with their sponsorship to the club. Following their recent sponsorship of our under 13s away strip and training kit, we’re delighted that the company was able to sponsor our recent end of season awards at our Family Fun day — a great way to end the season for all of those involved.”
This is the latest in a series of community initiatives planned for Bramley, enabling BeFibre to build an ever-increasing presence in the area, while also being on-hand to answer questions that residents may have.
“Supporting the club as part of our community initiative work in the area has been a great success,” commented Louise Elliott, chief customer and operations officer for BeFibre. “We’re keen to leave a positive impact in all of our build areas and sponsoring the Bramley Sunnyside FC end of season awards is a great example of this ongoing commitment.”
BeFibre’s privately-funded £100m network rollout – which is planned, built, and operated by the firm’s sister company, Digital Infrastructure – is progressing well in Bramley, with the first homes due to be ready for service in the summer of 2023.
