BeFibre shortlisted for a trilogy of titles at the 2023 ISPA Awards

As we continue on our mission to offer broadband as it should be, we’re pleased to have been recognised for the following categories:

• Best Customer Experience
• Best Integrated Campaign
• Best Consumer ISP — with less than 50K customers

With 2023 being a transformational year for the telecoms sector — and the UK surpassing 50% fibre to the premises (FTTP) take-up —  we’re delighted to have been recognised for our hard work over the last 12 months, especially for two brand new categories. 

Commenting on the shortlist, Louise Elliott, chief customer and operations officer at BeFibre said:: “We began serving our customers in 2022, so to have been shortlisted for not one, but three categories by ISPA is a real achievement. As we continue to deploy our network at pace, we’re delighted to continue building a brand to be proud of, that really does offer broadband as it should be.”

The presentation of the 2023 Awards will take place on 9th November at the OWO Raffles hotel, Whitehall in London.
